Use files you are allowed to process
NEXDOWNLOAD is designed for local files that you own, created yourself, received with permission or are otherwise legally authorized to use. The ability to open or convert a file does not create permission to copy, publish, distribute or commercially exploit it.
You are responsible for checking copyright, privacy, confidentiality, contract, employment and platform rules before processing or sharing a source file or result.
Your files and results
NEXDOWNLOAD does not claim ownership of files selected in the browser or of the resulting copies. A format conversion, resize, compression or metadata-cleaning step does not transfer intellectual-property rights and does not remove rights held by another person.
Site content and branding
The NEXDOWNLOAD name, interface, original articles, illustrations and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy substantial site content, impersonate the service or redistribute the tools as your own product without permission.
Reports concerning site content
If you believe content published by NEXDOWNLOAD infringes rights you control, use the Contact page and identify the exact URL, the protected work, your authority to act and a reliable way to reach you. Do not send confidential source files unless specifically requested through a secure process.
No access-control bypassing
The current NEXDOWNLOAD tools work with files selected from the visitor’s own device. They are not intended to bypass passwords, private access controls, digital-rights-management systems or source-platform restrictions.
